USA Export: US Manufacturing Index Is Up
Even in China, where USA Export products and manufacturing have also decreased dramatically, activities are picking up. However, the exchange rate between the Chinese Yuan and the US Dollar is still unnatural and China must depend more on its domestic consumption rather than the US consumption. Once the Chinese government will stop supporting the value of the Yuan artificially, American manufacturers should see an improvement in their global competitiveness. But that does not solve any problems.
Manufacturers from abroad are competing now with the domestic manufacturers. Sometimes it can be seen or felt. But most of the time it cannot be seen. A decrease of revenue can signify a cause of the global competitiveness affecting the US producer. The foreign producers are much more adept at selling their wares overseas than their American counterparts. Here, we took care of our business in our market in our country without making an effort to understand what the “flattening” of our domestic world would mean. And USA Export efforts have suffered a lot.
